Chad Anderson, Founder
& Strategic Advisor
I have spent more than 30 years owning and operating real estate
across multiple asset classes — multifamily, retail, commercial,
and waterfront properties. I am a Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM), a designation held by a small percentage of
global real estate professionals. But credentials are not the point.
Over the years, I have: Owned and operated brokerage offices
Built and exited a mortgage company. Managed property
management operations. Acquired and repositioned
income-producing assets. Structured and unwound complex
real estate deals. Not from theory. From responsibility.

2018: A FORCED RESET
In 2018, a cancer diagnosis forced a pause. It changed how I think about:
